About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead / Director of Growth (Performance) — someone who’s driven by numbers, experiments, and impact. You’ll own paid acquisition end-to-end across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, and build a predictable, scalable pipeline for growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Performance Marketing (Focus – Google Ads first)
  • Lead B2B performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on lead-gen and funnel optimization.
  • Manage and optimize large monthly budgets ($100K+), driving measurable improvements in CAC, pipeline quality, and ROI.
  • Build a structured experimentation roadmap — test audiences, creatives, and messaging for higher conversion efficiency.
  • Partner with design and content teams to build scroll-stopping creatives and high-performing landing pages.
  • Growth Strategy & Analytics
  • Design and execute the overall growth strategy across inbound and paid channels.
  • Track and analyze funnel performance across every stage (impression → demo → close).
  • Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Amplitude, or Sheets — with actionable insights shared weekly.
  • Experiment with audience segmentation, ad journeys, and retargeting loops to improve lead-to-deal velocity.
  • Team & Leadership
  • Manage and coach a small team of growth specialists and performance marketers.
  • Collaborate with Founders, Sales, and Product teams to align acquisition strategy with business outcomes.
  • Drive clarity, speed, and accountability — making experimentation a company-wide superpower.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or growth-stage startups with a focus on performance and demand generation.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads (must-have), plus strong knowledge of Meta and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale paid campaigns with measurable ROI and CAC impact.
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, conversion attribution, and lead quality optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable turning data into insights and strategic action.
  • Leadership experience — you’ve built, led, or mentored growth teams before.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; clarity and speed in execution are your strengths.
