We’re seeking a Director of Marketing to build and scale a high-velocity, full-funnel marketing engine. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own demand generation end-to-end and be directly accountable for pipeline growth and marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and Scale Demand Generation: Drive paid acquisition, SEO, outbound marketing, and conversion optimization with a focus on predictable, data-driven results.
  • Build & Lead a High-Performance Team: Hire, train, and lead specialists across paid media, content, growth ops, and automation.
  • Optimize Inbound Marketing: Maximize ROI across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta through rapid experimentation, audience targeting, and landing page optimization.
  • Drive Outbound & Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with BDRs to refine messaging, nurture SQLs, and create automated sequences that convert cold traffic into qualified leads.
  • Experiment Relentlessly: Run structured growth experiments, double down on what works, and pivot quickly based on data.
  • Full-Funnel Optimization: Analyze and refine every stage of the funnel to improve lead quality, reduce CAC, and increase LTV.
  • Global Collaboration: Work seamlessly with distributed teams across the US and India, ensuring alignment across markets and time zones.

Requirements

  • 6-12 years of experience in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing, ideally in fast-paced B2B or service-based businesses.
  • Proven track record scaling multi-million dollar marketing programs with hands-on experience managing large ad budgets across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Deep SEO & content expertise: You understand how to build and scale organic growth channels and optimize for conversion.
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven: Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Segment, Webflow, and AI-driven optimization tools.
  • Execution speed & agility: You thrive in fast-moving environments, balancing strategic thinking with rapid iteration.
  • Builder mentality: You’ve built teams, processes, and playbooks from scratch—and are ready to do it again.

What Success Looks Like: In your first 6 months, you should:

  • Scale monthly inbound leads by 3x through paid and organic channels.
  • Reduce CAC by 20% through continuous channel optimization and experimentation.
  • Build a high-functioning marketing team with clear KPIs and ownership areas.
  • Launch and validate at least 10 structured growth experiments, with a hit rate of 30% or higher.
  • Build a scalable marketing playbook that can support 6x revenue growth within 12 months.
