Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Key Account Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, hybrid role that will play a crucial part in enhancing our customer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.

Account Strategy

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, including goals, objectives, and strategies with the customer
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including revenue, & customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to handle complex client situations

Relationship Building

  • Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders at our top accounts
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Build trust and credibility through consistent communication and follow-through

Customer Success

  • Drive customer success by guiding clients through their journey from Go Live → Activation → Adoption → Growth → Advocacy → Referrals
  • Proactively monitor customer health and address any issues promptly

Market Intelligence

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and refine account strategies

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, customer success or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in customer success principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis software.
