Here’s what it’ll be like to work in this role:
- You report directly to the founders: Nayrhit & Adithya.
- You’ll be running point on multiple high-stakes initiatives.
- Launch new categories and setup business functions end-to-end.
- Work with a team that works hard and parties HARDER.
- You will become functional leaders in the organization as we scale.
- Undergrad/MBA from a top-tier institute.
- 3+ YOE of working in hyper growth startups/PE/IB/Consulting (ex-founders are welcome too).
- Be okay with WFO in Bengaluru.
- We’re building the largest AI+Human marketing engine in the world in the next 3 years.
- We’re growing at 35% MoM and recently crossed $1.5M ARR.
- We plan to be at $10M ARR (at least) in the next 12 months.
- We’re backed by some of the best global investors, including Lightspeed India, B Capital , BEENEXT, and more.
