Genmab is focused on the creation and development of innovative and differentiated antibody products, with the aim of improving the lives of cancer patients.

The laboratory, based in Ballerup, is responsible for supporting Genmab’s innovative products by performing release and stability testing according to ICH guidelines.

The Role & Department

As Team Lead/Operational Resource Manager in Genmab QC you will be managing a team of 10+ highly experienced QC Lab technicians and have responsibility for the operational resource management of the group.

The tasks that the group carries out include release and stability testing, method validation, equipment qualification and maintenance, as well as other general laboratory routines.

You will report to the Head of QC and work very closely with other teams within the QC Lab including scientists, IT system administrators and global lab management.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Provide leadership and support the development of your team.

  • Coordinate daily scheduling assignments.

  • Set direction, motivate team members, and prioritize tasks.

  • Engage in activities and training.

  • Focus on continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years experience leading a team in a laboratory setting.

  • You have a Master or Bachelors degree in natural science, pharmacy, or similar.

  • You have at least 10 years of documented professional experience with analytical methods in a GMP QC setting, either as a Scientist or Senior Lab Technician.

  • Experience with qualifications of analytical instruments is desirable.

  • You have experience with various biochemical and physico-chemical analyses (i.e HPLC, CE-SDS, icIEF or ELISA).

This role is based in Ballerup and is onsite.
