The Role
The Associate Director, Key Accounts will shape, implement, and execute Key Account brand strategies for Genmab’s first asset in hematology, EPKINLY. This critical role will report to the Director of Key Customer Strategy and be expected to work closely within the US Marketing Team, with EPKINLY cross-functional teams and EPKINLY Alliance collaboration partners. Success in this role will require strategic thinking, strong cross-functional partnerships, and the evolving hematology marketplace in rare diseases while realizing strategic and tactical synergies that accelerate brand growth. Overall, he/she will be an important leader on the EPKINLY Brand team, driving strong alignment and partnership across the organization.
Additionally, this role will require strategic thinking that delivers differentiated customer engagements by leveraging innovative technology to accelerate and harmonize field execution. Strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, oncology/hematology experience (highly preferred), and a proven record of accomplishment operating in an emerging/developing organization are key to this individual's success.
Responsibilities
Shape key strategies, pull through prioritized tactics, and live into the overall brand vision set by Genmab organizational leadership
Lead BsAb operationalization tactical execution, including tailored stakeholder engagement resources across prioritized sites of care
Lead Brand insights, including relevant advisory boards and KPI reporting in conjunction with CE&I
Lead and shape innovative Brand insights to action leveraging Advanced AI and other technologies
Orchestrate Brand Insights to Action tactical planning and pull-through
Salesforce collaboration: Partner with sales leadership and develop clear strategic and execution pull-through of go-to-market strategy
Manage project timelines, budgets, and all key deliverables aligned to brand goals
Partner effectively across Brand, Digital Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Sales, Sales Learning & Dev., Market Access, and Medical to implement site-of-care strategies
Work productively to lead through external agency partners, key internal stakeholders, cross-functional groups within the Genmab organization, as well as Alliance collaboration to drive performance results
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
5+ years of professional, relevant experience required, including US or Global in-line marketing.
Oncology/hematology marketing experience highly preferred. Accelerated approval experience is highly preferred.
Prior joint venture/ co-promote / co-marketing alliance experience preferred.
Strategic and creative mindset. Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proven track record of brand performance, including developing strategies and tactics with measurable impact.
Track record of driving strong cross-functional. Digital and non-personal marketing experience and innovation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for various audiences, including management teams.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional team members and stakeholders. “One team” mentality.
Experience working in an emerging organization's highly complex, dynamic environment preferred. Self-starter with strong initiative, proactive and solutions-oriented, and can function autonomously.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced work environment.
Resourceful, decisive, and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
A strong desire to grow within the organization, taking on roles of increasing responsibility.

Ability to travel domestically
Location: This position currently adopts a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week on-site at the Princeton, NJ office.
For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$154,000.00---$231,000.00The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
