The Role

The Development Materials (DM) team within the CMC Science & Technologies department is responsible for providing high-quality critical reagents to enable the development of therapeutic antibody candidates. The team performs purification, QC (Quality Control) analyses, release, and storage of protein batches after data review as well as logistics functions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Research Associate to join our Logistics & Release sub team of the DM team. With the team, you manage the CMC inventory and distribute materials to the development groups in Genmab. With good teamwork and clear communication, you will be part of one of the department's key teams supporting the development of therapeutic knock-your-socks-off antibodies.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders about requests and updates and work closely with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

· Reporting and releasing the critical batches to the CMC inventory.

· Maintaining the CMC inventory and issuance of samples to the requesters.

· Optimize and improve efficient Logistics Operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery of requested materials and services.

· Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate records and process and document incoming and outgoing shipments.

· Problem-Solving: Address and resolve logistics issues swiftly and effectively.

(Professional) Requirements

· MLO/ HLO degree or equivalent, and industry-related (internship) experience is an advantage.

· Experience with working in a laboratory according to established procedures.

· Motivated by delivering high-quality output and used to working according to a quality system.

· Able to work with tight deadlines and capable of running several requests in parallel and adjusting priorities appropriately.

· Background in logistics and proficiency with logistics software and supply chain management is a strong plus.

· Strong team player with excellent communication skills in English

· Proactive, flexible (can deal with changing priorities and unexpected workloads), highly motivated, with a strong service-oriented attitude.

Please note: This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on the future needs of the organization.
