About the Role:

  • Developing and maintaining reporting across all Workday modules, such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruitment, Payroll, Time, and Absence.

  • Maintaining the global reporting catalog, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of available reports and user access.

  • Creating and utilizing all necessary Workday calculated field functions.

Additional duties include managing complex projects from start to finish, collaborating with the HR Data Manager to promote data governance and enhance data quality and insights, and providing HR Reporting and Analytics to key stakeholders, including HR Business teams, Talent, Reward, Payroll, and Finance. You will develop a suite of monthly HR reports and metrics, build reporting dashboards, and respond to ad-hoc HR reporting requests.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of HR/HR Systems experience.

  • At least 3+ years of proven experience in HRIS reporting/Workday, working with advanced, matrix, and composite reports.

  • Strong understanding of the Workday security model, with the ability to navigate complex intersection-based security setups for reporting solutions.

  • Experience with Workday Prism or Adaptive Insights is desirable.

  • Experience within an HR discipline is desirable but not essential.

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar.

  • Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.

  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to plan and deliver work independently.

  • Strong project tracking skills, including involvement in enhancements and upgrades.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail.
