Language skills: English and Chinese. Other languages would be a plus.
Solution Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Develop the concept of warehouse layout with mobile robotics technology
- Evaluate and select components and solutions considering technical and economic aspects
- Analyze customer data to find the optimal solution
- Introduce and present solutions to customers in Europe, provide technical clarification/expertise
- Specify and request third-party components
- Prepare tenders and calculate project costs
Required capabilities, and skills:
- Completion of a degree in logistics, industrial engineering or other engineering majors
- Experience in automation logistics, good understanding of logistics processes is a plus
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with practical application experience
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills
- Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
- Very good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present internally/externally
Product Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Product Standards Alignment & Application: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help the region understand, apply, and continuously refine product standards through hands-on implementation and feedback loops during hardware and system deployments
- Delivery Process Standardization: Work with the local hardware team to identify process gaps, improve delivery workflows, and develop standardized operating procedures to enhance project efficiency and quality across the EU region
- Pilot Project Support: Provide engineering support throughout pilot projects, ensuring technical requirements and quality standards are met
- Documentation: Assist in documenting best practices and creating technical guidelines to ensure process standardization
- New Product Introduction (NPI) cooperation: Enable NPI activities, including design reviews, process validation, and cross-functional communication, to ensure successful product launches
Required capabilities, and skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: Experience in product engineering, project support, or process development, with a focus on NPI
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose effective solutions
- Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, effective across diverse teams
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a passion for process improvement and standardization
System Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide robot solutions for customers' warehouse operation difficulties, maintain communication with customers, and establish good customer relationships
- Coordinate with other departments and manage the tasks of project implementation
- Responsible for the acceptance of system development, product function test & system docking test, to meet customer needs
- Responsible for the formulation and arrangement of the project implementation plan, control the implementation progress and quality, and complete the project delivery
- Responsible for customer training and online guidance
Required capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science, System related majors
- Have the first IT system implementation, or project management, automation project site implementation management experience is preferred
- Cheerful personality, good teamwork spirit and strong communication skills
- Able to adapt to frequent business trips in Europe
- Understanding the Linux system, proficient in the use of MySQL database and other tools is preferred
System Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Lead blueprint meetings with clients to confirm flow and ensure requirements are captured accurately
- Communicate with HQ product teams about any new or development requests to ensure client needs are met
- Produce final versions of blueprints and API Excel sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Take the lead in interface meetings with clients to ensure smooth integration with other systems
- Provide UAT (user acceptance testing) test cases to ensure systems are functioning properly and meet client expectations
- Update standard documents and maintain HQ document quality control for each system (GPS, GRS, GSS, iWMS, PP, RMS) to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Empower colleagues through training sessions, sharing new system function introductions with EU teams, and case sharing to increase knowledge and expertise
- Provide pre-sales support to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and technologies
- Provide system consulting support during the pre-sales phase
Required capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred
- Be able to adapt to travel needs, with travel time accounting for 30%-50%
- Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
