What you have to do

  • Develop and implement after-sales strategies tailored to key clients, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and effectively. Follow up with clients to gauge satisfaction and address any issues
  • Build, sustain, and manage relationships with clients at all levels, from operational staff to senior management. Foster trust and loyalty through regular engagement and proactive communication
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner. Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service delivery
  • Address client complaints and inquiries promptly. Divert complex cases to relevant functional teams, ensuring clients receive timely updates and resolutions. Prepare comprehensive service reports for clients
  • Regularly assess current operations, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement changes to ensure smooth operation and superior client service
  • Maintain constant and clear communication with distributors, service partners, and clients. Ensure all stakeholders are informed about service updates, changes, and any relevant issues

What you need to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in after-sales customer support or corporate account management. Experience in logistics, 3PL, or robotic automation is a distinct advantage
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Familiarity with software and hardware development lifecycles, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with a flexible, open-minded approach for effective collaboration and adaptability
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure
