Responsibilities:
- Product technical support: Provide overseas customers with pre-sale, sale and after-sales technical support of mobile robot product solutions to solve customer technical problems and improve customer satisfaction
- Product technical training: responsible for the planning and implementation of overseas regions, technical training of agents and partners to improve their technical capabilities and implementation service level. Collect and feedback overseas market technical requirements, and provide suggestions for product iteration and upgrade
- Project support: Responsible for overseas mobile robot project technical scheme review, project support work. Maintain good communication with the region and customers, coordinate the internal resources of the company, timely solve the technical problems in the process of the project to ensure that the project is completed on time and with quality
- Market management: Implement the business strategy of products in overseas markets, seek market opportunities and develop application scenarios, cooperate with regional sales to explore overseas markets, and be responsible for the development trend of overseas mobile robot market technology and product information of competitors
Required capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in robotics or manufacturing environments, particularly in automotive or industrial sectors, handling similar responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or above in robotics, automation, mechatronics, computer science, or other related fields
- 1+ years of overseas technical support or project/product management experience
- Strong knowledge of mobile robot navigation, localization, and control technologies, with an understanding of mainstream industry products and solutions
- Excellent customer service mindset and persentation skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese to meet daily and business communication needs
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- With driver's license
- Have a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly
- Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
- Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
