Responsibilities
•Strategic Project Support: Provide operational and coordination support for high-impact sales initiatives and key account projects across the region
•Sales Review and forecast: Host sales review meetings, track the sales progress of overseas sales teams, and coordinate company resources to support overseas teams in addressing key risk issues to ensure the achievement of sales targets
•Business Analysis: Provide data analysis, sales forecasting, performance risk alerts, and insights; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analysis reports
•Sales Process Optimization & Monitoring: Help define, refine, and monitor sales processes to increase efficiency and ensure policy compliance. Optimize systems and processes; proficiently use CRM and other sales tools to streamline related sales business processes and improve the efficiency of the sales team
•Internal Training & Enablement: Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training sessions for sales teams to improve CRM usage, sales tools adoption, and process alignment
•Business support: Provide necessary business support to the sales team, including internal process facilitation and problem-solving
Required capabilities, and skills
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data science, or a related field
•2-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or business analysis
•Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., D365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
•Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
•Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; German is a plus
•Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
•Experience in a regional/multinational environment is preferred
