What you have to do

Human Resources

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes by coordinating job postings, conducting candidate screenings, arranging interviews, and facilitating onboarding while ensuring full compliance with local regulations
  • Act as the key local HR representative, offering professional guidance on employee relations, interpreting company policies, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, maintaining strict adherence to both Korean labour regulations and corporate standards
  • Assist in managing local benefits programs, including leave records, enrolment in the annual check-up plan, accident insurance, and other employee welfare initiatives
  • Maintain meticulous HR records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and support audit requirements
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives and local labour law requirements

Office Administration

  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and corporate events to foster team cohesion and strengthen workplace culture
  • Oversee daily office operations while serving as the administrative liaison between the Korea office and regional headquarters to facilitate efficient cross-border communication
  • Process and manage visa applications and work permit renewals for international colleagues, ensuring full compliance with immigration regulations
  • Manage executive schedules, including meeting coordination and business travel arrangements
  • Handle financial administrative duties such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget monitoring

What you need to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, with a minimum of 4 years' HR and/or Admin experience in Korea
  • In-depth understanding of Korean labour regulations, with proven experience handling labour-related issues and compliance matters
  • Experience working closely with regional headquarters to implement HR policies while supporting local team operations
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy administration
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Korean (native) and Mandarin (business professional)
  • Candidate with more experience can be considered for a higher position title
