Responsibility

  • Participate in pre-sale business meetings, evaluate project contract terms, cost, delivery schedule and maintenance terms, and make project feasibility judgment
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle. Develop the project process plan and negotiate with both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Keep track of the project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
  • Conduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements, thus to provide professional consultation to stakeholders
  • Be responsible for controlling the project delivery progress and quality in each process, from kick off to project handover, completing the entire project delivery, and obtaining the project acceptance
  • Be responsible of project risk management of each milestone of project
  • Coordinate with the R & D department to control the development progress, and ensure the timely delivery of customized software and hardware development
  • Assist in the integration testing, system testing, UAT and all kinds of implementation activities
  • Be responsible for the financial health, budget control, and reporting of the project
  • Provide clear and professional documentation and communication to senior leadership and project teams
  • Be responsible for customer handover documents, and hand over the project after acceptance. And keep communication with customers in the maintenance phase, ensure the good customer relationship
  • Work at least 50% onsite during installation and testing phases

Required Skill and Capability

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, IT, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of project management experience. Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics solutions, 3PL, automation, or related fields
  • Business fluency in English, other European language is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, WMS, or other IT infrastructure
  • Accept business travel frequently across EMEA region
