What you have to do
- Lead project management activities across the APAC region, including strategic development of project process plans and high-level negotiations with internal stakeholders and clients
- Drive project progress by implementing robust tracking mechanisms and delivering comprehensive reports to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with regional project deliverables and timelines
- Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to gather business requirements, providing strategic consultation to stakeholders and enhancing project outcomes specific to the APAC market
- Oversee integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities, ensuring compliance with regional best practices and quality standards
- Mentor and support team members in managing project risks, ensuring proactive measures are implemented and that project milestones are effectively met within the diverse APAC landscape
What you need to have
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Automation, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of extensive project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully handling large-scale projects in the logistics and/or 3PL fields
- Proficient in AutoCAD and WMS; familiarity with IT infrastructure is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on implementing best practices to ensure successful delivery of large-scale initiatives
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Frequent travel is required to support project execution across the APAC region
