We are a fast-growing team of young professionals. For our office in UK, we are looking for full time Tech L1 Support (m/f/d).
Responsibility
- Fluent English and Mandarin, both in written and oral, to communicate with customers and colleagues
- Be responsible for Geek+ System and Customers, provide quick responses and solutions
- Record all events in SS ticket system
- According to the impact and severity, be able to prioritize events and escalate issues
- Assist Tech L2 Support in PROD issues
- Assist Hardware Support and other teams in PROD issues
- Document and maintenance system knowledge for team internally
Required Skill and Capability
- Computer Science or related major
- At least 1 year’s experience in IT support and services, warehousing experience is preferred
- Excellent In Database SQL, crystal report experience is preferred
- Basic IT knowledge in Linux, network and database performance
- Be patient and good at analyzing situations in customer sites
- Self-driven, customer-focused, striving to achieve customer success
