We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Channel Sales Manager to join our International Business team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head of Business Partners in managing core partners and will be responsible for achieving sales targets across the region.

What you have to do
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance market penetration. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Partners to formulate and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives. Ensure all initiatives are designed to meet market demands and promote sustainable growth
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and assess the performance of existing partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and pinpoint areas for improvement
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to partners, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources for success
- Track and report partner performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement as needed. Continuously evaluate partner performance to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team, regional channel sales team, and other internal teams to support partner initiatives and drives sales growth
What you need to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Over 8 years of solid experience in partner or channel sales management, preferably within an international business environment
- Experience in ARM/AGV, warehouse automation, robotics, or logistics is a plus
- Proficient in planning GTM and RTM strategies with business partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in various tools for sales analysis
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Frequent travel is required for this role
