What you have to do

  • Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategy tailored to the Korean market. Identify target segments and industries, analyze competitor activities, and regularly assess the strategy’s performance to optimize results and meet sales targets
  • Identify and evaluate target channel partners to align with our business objectives. Establish mutually beneficial relationships and actively seek new channel opportunities to expand market reach
  • Build and maintain relationships with named accounts and channel partners while developing strategies to leverage partners for expanding business opportunities
  • Conduct regular reviews of channel partner performance, providing feedback and guidance to optimize their sales and marketing efforts
  • Utilize a proactive, hunter mentality to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth from both new and existing customers. Foster long-term relationships with key clients and leverage industry expertise to effectively position our products and services
  • Work closely with other departments, such as product, and project delivery team, maintain open communication channels to provide insights that ensure alignment and synergy across the Company, supporting successful project execution
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers’ needs and providing tailored solutions

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within the Korean market
  • In-depth knowledge of the Korean market, including customer behaviors, competitor activities, cultural nuances, and business practices. Previous experience working in the logistics, warehouse automation, or related field is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Korean and Mandarin (and/or English), enabling effective engagement with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to meet customers, attend industry events, participate in company training, etc.
