The Job

As Project Manager at GeekPlus, you'll be the primary point of contact with our partners and clients who range from Startups to Fortune 500 players. You'll interact regularly to maintain a strong communication with the clients and understand well their needs. You'll team with an Applications and Robotic Engineers to understand all the details of the system configuration and site dynamics. You'll work with internal and external resources to coordinate all aspects of a Robotic Systems deployment at a customer site. Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse engineering project end-to-end including hardware and software solutions
  • Conduct project planning including scope of work, budget, schedule, internal resources and subcontracting services
  • Deliver solution design to customer with warehouse planner and software expert
  • Manage supply chain and logistics for materials required for project delivery
  • Monitor CRM and ERP order execution
  • Oversee hardware installation and software implementation through deployment, testing and go-live phases
  • Develop strong customer relationship
  • Prepare for weekly progress report for project team and customer's record

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
  • At least 5-years of experience of warehouse operation/ logistic functions/3PL industry is preferred
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Online collaboration tools proficiency is required
  • MS office suite proficiency is required
  • MS Project proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to facilitate and drive cross-department collaboration and communication
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Willing to learn and have attention to details
