With the rise of e-commerce and the demand for a faster and more flexible movement of goods, warehouse and manufacturing

operators are facing increasingly complex production and logistic challenges today. Speed, product diversification, same-day delivery,

volume, safety... these concerns are impacting a wide range of industries, from apparel, retail, automotive, to even electronics, energy

and pharmaceutical industries.

We are a fast-growing team of young professionals. For our office in Warrington, UK, we are looking for full time Sales Manager.

Responsibility

  • Business Development: Focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within UK, driving growth and market expansion
  • Sales Operations: Manage and execute internal sales processes independently, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of operational sales tasks
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively promote and propose tailored product solutions
  • Relationship Building: Foster and strengthen relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to promote organic growth and long-term partnerships
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to the development of regional business strategies, including pricing, product range, and market entry routes, based on thorough monitoring of customer feedback, market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Marketing Activities: Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives, including trade fairs and other industry events, to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential clients Required Skill and Capability
  • Degree/Diploma holder in Business, Industrial Engineering, Automation related discipline
  • 3+ years Sales experience in any industries (E-commerce, Retail, 3PL, Apparel, etc) that equipped with intra-logistics/ automation/ robotics system
  • Be able to comprehend company correctly and quickly, and employ strategic selling, consultative selling strategy accordingly
  • Entrepreneurial skill mindset: independent, risk-taking, adaptable, innovative, and customer-centric focus
  • Good team player with excellent in communications & presentation skill
  • Business travelling around 30 percent is required
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Have a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly
  • Proficient English is required, other European languages are preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
  • Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
