该职位来源于猎聘 工作范围： 1. 制定和执行工程部门的长期战略和目标，支持公司级战略落地。 2. 跟踪新技术趋势，确保公司生产制造技术的核心竞争优势。 3. 制定、落实、优化各类流程制度，提高生产效率。 4. 解决生产中的各类设备、技术技术问题，确保设备完好率等核心指标达成。 5. 持续改进生产工艺和技术，提高产品性能和制造效率。 6. 引入和实施先进的制造技术和自动化解决方案。 7. 寻找成本节约机会，通过改进工艺和技术降低生产成本。 8. 与制造、质量团队合作，确保产品满足质量标准。 9. 指导和发展工程团队，确保团队成员具备所需的技能和知识。 10. 与生产运营各团队紧密配合，完成公司各类考核指标。 任职要求： 1. 大型制造企业8年以上工程技术、生产制造等相关工作经验。汽车、机器人制造行业为佳。 2. 机械，电子，自动化，工业工程等相关专业本科以上学历，硕士为佳。 3. 极强的领导能力和团队管理经验，主导部门战略及工程技术方案落地。 4. 熟悉汽车、机器人行业的先进技术和设备。对自动化、制造技术和信息技术有深入了解。 5. 极强的问题分析、解决能力，能够处理复杂的工程技术挑战，在压力下做出决策并快速响应突发事件。 6. 对精益生产、六西格玛等持续改进方法有深入了解，能够推动和实施流程改进和效率提升。 7. 熟练掌握工业工程、生产工艺、质量管理和项目管理等管理方法。 8. 能够与内部团队、跨部门以及外部供应商有效沟通。良好的报告编写和演示能力。 9. 熟悉制造业相关法律、法规。确保0安全事故隐患。 10. 中、英文流利，熟练使用各类办公、工程技术软件。 Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute the engineering department's strategic plan in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor emerging technologies to maintain the company's competitive edge in manufacturing innovation.
- Develop and refine operational procedures to enhance production efficiency.
- Address technical and equipment challenges to meet critical performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement in production methodologies to elevate product quality and manufacturing throughput.
- Lead the adoption of cutting-edge manufacturing and automation technologies.
- Pursue cost-reduction initiatives by advancing process and technological efficiencies.
- Ensure product compliance with quality standards through collaboration with manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
- Mentor and develop the engineering team to fortify their technical competencies and expertise.
- Collaborate with operational teams to fulfill organizational KPIs. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in engineering or manufacturing within a large-scale industrial setting, preferably in the automotive or robotics sectors.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and technical project implementation.
- Proficiency in contemporary industrial technologies, with a strong grasp of automation and IT applications in manufacturing.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, capable of managing complex engineering challenges and responding decisively in high-pressure situations.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies.
- Mastery of industrial engineering principles, production workflow, quality systems, and project management.
- Effective communication with stakeholders across all organizational levels, including external partners; adept in report writing and presentations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a zero-incident safety record.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English; skilled in the use of office and engineering software tools.
