Front’s marketing team is hiring an experienced brand designer to help us design best-in-class experiences across the entire customer journey and bring moments of “wow” to life across digital and physical channels. This is a critical role as we build momentum in a new product category and accelerate our growth.

As a creative storyteller and craft-obsessed designer, you’ll create experiences that enable breakthrough campaign moments and optimize our web experience so that it’s a beautiful expression of our brand and a high-performance destination. Additionally, you’ll get a beautiful new brand system to bring your work to life and evolve it across touchpoints.

We’re looking for someone who is a detailed systems thinker at heart but who knows when to break outside the box to bring bold ideas to life in new ways. This person will work in tight collaboration with developers, marketers, and other designers on the team, and will report into our Director of Corporate Marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Raise the bar. Set a new standard of craft and execute impeccable design work across a range of digital and physical touchpoints—including interactive web experiences, content campaigns, trade shows, events, demand generation campaigns, out-of-home advertising, and more. This is an opportunity to work across our entire brand ecosystem.

  • Elevate our brand. Design breakthrough brand moments that build awareness and drive affinity, utilizing and building upon all of the new components from our recent rebrand. You’re eager to take a complex idea and distill it into a straightforward narrative that clicks for our audience.

  • Unlock scale. Develop design systems and component libraries that maintain brand standards and ensure consistency, while enabling the entire marketing team to create and ship work efficiently.

  • Build a best-in-class web presence. Lead the design process–from wireframing to QA to launch–for interactive web experiences that drive huge business impact. You’ll partner closely with our dev team too.

  • Own the story of your work. Prototype designs in Figma, present that work to key stakeholders (including executives), and refine your work through cross-functional design reviews.

  • Impact the bottom line. Collaborate with growth, product marketing, and corporate marketing to explore ways to optimize campaigns and channels that drive new business pipeline.

  • Supercharge our output. Champion the latest design tools and tech (e.g. AI) to unlock new ways of creating impact and driving consistency at scale.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of in-house or agency design experience (in-house B2B SaaS experience is a definite plus).

  • Strong presentation and communication skills. You know how to navigate complex/conflicting feedback and build consensus.

  • Experience working with freelance contributors, such as illustrators, production designers, copywriters, animators, photographers, etc

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Deep understanding of current UI/UX trends, craft, and patterns. You’re excited to experiment with AI design tools and have an informed point of view on AI’s impact in the brand design space.

  • Well versed in web testing and optimization throughout the marketing funnel

  • A deep desire to balance beauty and impact
