Our platform team builds the critical systems that enable engineers and agents to ship dependable products at scale. What You’ll be Doing:- Ship platform capabilities across all customer and internal products; own performance, security, and stability- Enhance agentic systems and observability; lead architecture for human/agentic interfaces; design reliable code/APIs/contracts- Collaborate with product and engineering; work autonomously; own outcomes like an early-stage product team What you bring / Nice to have:- 5+ years backend engineering; expert systems design; strong discernment for trade-offs/UX/APIs/code- Production experience with agentic/LLM systems and evals; initiative; excellent async communication- APIs/tools for agents; startup experience; event-driven architectures/monorepos/observability
