We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to cover for a colleague’s parental leave.

About the Role
As a Financial Controller, you'll manage the financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly across our international teams. Your responsibilities will include overseeing monthly closings, group consolidations, and preparing reports for both internal and external use. You'll also ensure compliance with all financial regulations by working closely with external partners.
This role is perfect if you enjoy working with financial systems, data, and are always on the lookout for ways to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee monthly closings, group consolidation, and budget tracking
Prepare financial reports, including board materials and annual reports
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Improve financial processes where needed
Manage outsourced services in the US and Sweden, ensuring coordination and compliance
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on controlling, accounting, and reporting
Strong knowledge of group consolidation and financial standards (K3)

Detail-oriented, but open to new ideas
A team player who supports colleagues and values stability
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
This position is a fixed contract to cover for a colleague’s parental leave with the possibility of an extension. Be ready to join us by January 1st 2025 until January 1st 2026.
