About the team
We are the one and only Operations team within the Customer Experience area at Firstbase.io. Our mission? Keep everything running exactly as it should — no drops, no gaps, no surprises. We thrive behind the scenes, owning the workflows, systems, and compliance that keep our services reliable and our customers covered. If it needs to be operational, resilient, and bulletproof, it’s on us. We’re not just process-driven — we’re impact-driven.
What you will do
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Process and Risk Coordinator to ensure excellence in our internal processes and compliance operations. You’ll coordinate internal and external audits, assess risks in operational workflows, and help maintain the integrity of our Registered Agent infrastructure.
Conduct audits of escalations and customer-facing processes
Evaluate operational risk and propose mitigation plans
Coordinate calls and reviews related to maintenance state obligations
Ensure the Registered Agent infrastructure remains fully operational, 24/7
Collaborate with the entire CX team and other areas to maintain the continuity of service
You should meet the following requirements
Be based in a LatAm country (although the position is remote)
3+ years of experience in compliance, audits, or risk management
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Experience working in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments
A proactive mindset toward continuous process improvement

You speak your mind, challenge assumptions, and present ideas clearly — no fear of conflict. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication across teams and with international stakeholders.
