Job Description
- Support end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.
- Conduct client visits when required to support onboarding and project execution.
- Prepare project reports, trackers, and implementation documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are delivered on time.
- Identify and escalate project risks, issues, or client concerns to the Project Manager and Business Head.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Account Management, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
About the Role
We are looking for a Project Support to help ensure smooth client onboarding and project implementation. You will work closely with the Business Team to coordinate onboarding activities, support project execution, and maintain project documentation and reporting.
