Lead and manage the Business team, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving new initiatives.
Maintain & run existing strategic partnerships, improving existing SOPs and achieving agreed targets
Grow Finku’s business through strategic partnerships, promoting Finku’s app and services.
Design and execute growth experiments to test new ideas, channels, or business models that improve monetization, user acquisition and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Tech) to align experiments and partnerships with company goals.
Support founders to grow our north star metrics through strategic projects, including investor relations, research, and operational improvements
Track and analyze performance data to evaluate outcomes, learnings, and opportunities for scaling successful initiatives.

Role Requirements

4–7 years of experience in business operations, partnerships, or growth strategy, ideally in startup, fintech, or tech-driven companies.‍
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from planning to execution, with measurable impact.
Strong business acumen and curiosity to explore new growth levers.
Excellent stakeholder and team management, able to lead while collaborating cross-functionally.
Analytical and creative mindset; comfortable experimenting and iterating quickly.‍
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
