We're looking for a Growth Ops Lead to drive revenue through a hybrid model of in-house calling professionals and external DSAs. This is a high-impact role for someone who can build and scale acquisition channels, run tight sales ops, and take full ownership of outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for hitting revenue targets, improving funnel metrics, and building scalable processes to run a multi-channel engine effectively. If you’ve led large sales ops teams, managed on-ground partners, and thrive in a performance-led environment — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Own & Operate the Calling Channel
-Lead a team of in-house calling professionals driving lead conversion and cross-sell/upsell revenue.
-Track daily/weekly performance metrics – productivity, conversions, talk time, and adherence.
-Implement scripts, SOPs, quality checks, and incentive structures to drive consistency and output.
Build & Manage the DSA Network
-Identify, onboard, and activate Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) across geographies.
-Define payout structures, compliance norms, and engagement models to build a high-performing DSA channel.
-Create feedback loops between DSAs and internal ops/product teams to improve sourcing quality and efficiency.
Own Revenue & Funnel Outcomes
-Take full ownership of channel revenue targets – driving top-of-funnel acquisition and conversion.
-Run funnel diagnostics to identify drop-offs, improve hit rates, and optimize cost of acquisition.
-Work closely with marketing, credit, and product teams to align initiatives with growth objectives.
Drive Process, Tooling, and Automation
-Implement dashboards, MIS, and workflow tools for real-time tracking and issue resolution.
-Build scalable systems for lead allocation, payout computation, and performance tracking.
-Champion process improvements and automation to reduce manual dependency and increase throughput.
What You’ll Need:
-At least 6 years of experience in growth ops / sales ops / channel management roles.
-Experience managing high-volume tele-sales/calling operations with clear revenue accountability.
-Strong understanding of the DSA ecosystem, especially in lending, fintech, or banking.
-Process-led mindset.
-Data fluency — you’re confident working with Excel/Sheets, funnel dashboards.
-Strong collaboration skills to work across product, credit, marketing, and compliance.
