We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will work very closely with the talent acquisition team and play a critical part in identifying and engaging top engineering talent for our exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Naukri, Github etc.
-Develop and execute effective Boolean search strings and leverage advanced sourcing techniques to find top talent.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, nurturing them through the recruitment process.
-Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate interest, qualifications, and cultural fit.
-Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
-Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate quality and analyze data to improve sourcing strategies.
-Conduct market research to identify top talent pools and competitor hiring trends.
-Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging sourcing technologies.
-Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter
-Strong understanding of technical concepts, including software development methodologies, programming languages, and cloud computing.
-Proficiency in using Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing tools.
-Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
-Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve sourcing strategies.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Passion for technology and the desire to learn about new technologies and trends.
Selection process and timelines :
Once we have your application, we will review and reach out if we find your profile suited for the current requirements.
Expect at least 3 rounds to assess your articulation & communication, general aptitude, attitude and team fitment. You will be quizzed for your role-related knowledge and general cognitive ability.
