Roles and responsibilities

Looking for someone who can elevate the in-app experience for 3.5+ million users. Preferably, a design-oriented person with over 3 years of work experience who can write product communications across Fi's various formats—with a clear voice while never straying from the brand's tone.

Can you:

Craft concise, jargon-free narratives that captivate & guide whoever uses our app (especially through complex financial processes).

Embrace constructive feedback, A/B test results & UXR findings to revise-rework pieces within tight deadlines

Generate ideas that meet business goals while standing your ground to address user's needs!

Adapt seamlessly to different stylesheets: SMSs, PNs, App Screens, FAQs, Chatbot scripts & other content formats.

Roll up your sleeves, collaborate & assist colleagues with content needs — rather than waiting for assigned tasks!

Ensure flawless content that upholds high editorial standards.

Have you:

Collaborated with UX designers, product managers, researchers & engineers in past jobs

Created a portfolio? Don't worry; we're not looking for fancy sites. Even Google Slides that showcase your thought process — with relevant deep dives into Content Design — will do

Do you:

Read up on new-age Content Design practices/trends

Think twice before writing Sign Up or Signup

Bookmark FIGMA tutorials on YouTube & forget about them

Selection process & timelines :

Once we have your application, our Talent team will review and reach out if we find your profile/portfolio suited for the current requirements.

Expect at least 3 rounds to assess your articulation & communication, general aptitude, attitude and team fitment. You will be quizzed for your role-related knowledge and general cognitive ability.
