About the Role
Billfazz & Payments, a business unit under Fazz, specializes in B2B sales. We provide an extensive network of biller and utility services, along with a diverse range of payment solutions, including payment acceptance and fund disbursement. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Business Development Associate to support our market expansion efforts and contribute to revenue growth.

What You Will Do:

Achieve assigned revenue targets and actively contribute to business growth.
Drive client acquisition and uncover new market opportunities through outbound sales activities focused on Billfazz and Payment products.
Conduct in-depth market research and gather insights to assess potential growth areas.
Evaluate prospective clients and coordinate meetings for high-value opportunities in collaboration with the team.
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline by identifying and analyzing potential clients by category.
Prepare and present regular reports and insights to the Business Development team to enhance strategic decision-making.

What We Are Looking For:

2–3 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a Partnership role.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communication, Business, or Management.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Passionate and knowledgeable about the Financial Technology industry.
Highly proactive, with strong initiative and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
