About the Role:
As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable applications, working across both frontend and backend technologies to deliver seamless user experiences.
What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and front-end/mobile applications to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices for both backend and front-end/mobile development.
- Collaborate with product managers and QAs to implement new features and enhance the user experience.
- Optimize application performance across devices (phones, tablets) while scaling backend services.
- Manage containerized backend applications and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
- Contribute to product development, participate in code reviews, and help shape the app’s roadmap.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend and front-end/mobile issues to ensure seamless functionality.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development, focusing on both backend and front-end.
- Proficiency in at least one front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue) and backend framework (e.g., Golang, Node.js)
- Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and clean coding principles for scalable applications.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with API development, payment system integrations, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with the lending business is a plus.
