About the Role

The role will focus to get new SCF anchors and maintain existing anchors to achieve loan disbursement target with measured risk.

Job Descriptions

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve loan growth targets for the SCF business within P2P lending.
  • Identify and secure new anchor institutions to provide reliable leads.
  • Manage existing anchor relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and continued participation.
  • Work closely with credit, risk, product, and operations teams to streamline overall process and implement enhancement to the SCF offering.
  • Analyze SCF product and operation processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, staying informed of industry developments related to SCF and P2P lending.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate SCF business performance and future growth plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry (P2P and SME / Commercial Banking).
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of SCF products in SME banking with related best practices in P2P lending.
  • Excellent knowledge of other related SME / Commercial Banking products.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mind with the ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
