About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth for Payment & Billfazz. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and sectors for business expansion. Develop strategies to approach and engage with new B2B Payment & Biller product clients.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with clients. Ensure that all agreements are in line with company policies and objectives.
  • Stay update on industry trends: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Min. 6 years experience in Sales / Business Development in Fintech / SaaS.
  • Have extensive network in Fintech, PPOB & E-Commerce company.
  • Experience in driving the sales process from planning to closing high-value client.
  • Have experience in leading a team and able to work as a team or individual contributor.
  • Proficient in Slack, Tableau, and Notion.
  • Having a background or market knowledge in the payment and or biller industry would be an advantage.
