You will be part of the Fazz Agen data team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial part in collecting, organising and analyzing data to support our strategic decision making, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. You will need to query large data and use various statistical techniques to interpret the results in order to provide insights to improve our business operations.

What You Will Do

Build reporting & monitoring dashboards for stakeholders to manage business processes and monitor business performance.
Perform deep dive analysis into our data, in collaboration with other stakeholders, in order to generate insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve the business performance
Work closely with Product, Commercial, Strategy, Operation and other data team members to identify opportunities to leverage data to improve business processes
Work with Data Engineering teams to establish required internal and external data sources, including designing the data warehouse for optimal organisation of the data
Documenting analytics and business requirements related to assigned tasks.

What We Are Looking For

At least 1 year of experience as Data Analyst
Proficient in one of database languages (ex : postgreSQL, mySQL, etc.)
Ability to visualize the data using BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker)
Able to communicate in English
Ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders effectively
Experience in using BigQuery will be a plus
Experience in digital payment and/or PPOB business will be a plus
