Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects, from requirement gathering and solution design to dataset curation, model development, testing, and deployment.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge advancements in Deep Learning; including Computer Vision, LLMs, and Robotics to solve complex, real-world automation challenges.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain our internal AI frameworks and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Machine Learning and Computer Vision systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they meet the minimum requirements.

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning and Computer Vision (training, optimizing, and deploying vision models), or a proven track record of relevant achievements (Kaggle competitions, hackathons, or open-source contributions in the machine learning domain)
  • Proficiency in Python and/or C++, with strong foundational knowledge of Git and shell scripting.
  • Solid foundation in mathematics, particularly calculus, linear algebra, and statistics.
  • Hands-on experience with core Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred

  • 3+ years of professional experience in developing end-to-end Deep Learning and Computer Vision solutions, or a proven track record of relevant achievements (Kaggle competitions, hackathons, or open-source contributions in the machine learning domain)
  • Strong foundation in classical computer vision, including camera calibration, multi-view geometry, and core image processing techniques.
  • Expertise in advanced Computer Vision tasks (object detection, image segmentation, anomaly detection, pose estimation, 3D reconstruction) backed by a strong theoretical foundation; research publications are a plus.
  • Experience with emerging ML paradigms (e.g., LLM, VLM, VLA, foundation models) and a demonstrated ability to align technical innovation with business objectives.
  • Prior experience in robotics or robotics-related technologies, such as robot kinematics, calibration, motion planning or control systems.
