Job description
Role
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our Hanoi team. You will be responsible for manufacturing our 3D camera systems and robotic accessories, playing a direct role in delivering reliable, high-precision products to our global customers.
Job responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electronic assembly of products according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Execute product testing, calibration, and functional verification. Inspect products throughout the production process and report quality issues.
- Prepare products for shipment and support inventory management.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment following 5S and safety practices.
- Support production process improvements and documentation. Assist with new product introduction (NPI) and the transition from prototype to production.
- Configure and test production hardware and systems as required.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Prior experience in industrial or electronics manufacturing production
- Proficiency in precision assembly techniques and ESD compliance standards
- Good computer skills for operating calibration tools and production tracking systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Preferred
- Experience with camera or optical product assembly
- Familiarity with robotics or automation manufacturing environments
- Experience with import/export preparation and international shipment handling
