Job description

Role

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our Hanoi team. You will be responsible for manufacturing our 3D camera systems and robotic accessories, playing a direct role in delivering reliable, high-precision products to our global customers.

Job responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and electronic assembly of products according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Execute product testing, calibration, and functional verification. Inspect products throughout the production process and report quality issues.
  • Prepare products for shipment and support inventory management.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment following 5S and safety practices.
  • Support production process improvements and documentation. Assist with new product introduction (NPI) and the transition from prototype to production.
  • Configure and test production hardware and systems as required.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in industrial or electronics manufacturing production
  • Proficiency in precision assembly techniques and ESD compliance standards
  • Good computer skills for operating calibration tools and production tracking systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Preferred

  • Experience with camera or optical product assembly
  • Familiarity with robotics or automation manufacturing environments
  • Experience with import/export preparation and international shipment handling
