Job description
Role
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our Hanoi team. Reporting to the Senior Production Engineer, you will be responsible for assembling, calibrating, and quality-checking our 3D camera systems and robotic accessories, playing a direct role in delivering reliable, high-precision products to our global customers.
Job responsibilities
You will be reporting to the Senior Production Engineer, joining an agile team where your role will be versatile, ranging from precision assembly, process improvement to final shipping.
Assembly
- Perform high-precision electronic and mechanical assembly of 3D camera modules, handling sensitive components in compliance with ESD standards, including occasional soldering. Occasionally, you will be required to assemble camera accessories, for special orders.
- Calibration
Execute optical and software calibration procedures using internal test benches and tooling, ensuring every unit meets strict performance specifications. - Shipping and Quality
Work with our internal QA team to conduct visual and functional inspections at each production stage; identify and escalate non-conformities; manage component inventory and prepare products for international shipment. - Workplace Organization
Apply 5S methodology to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient production environment; adhere to all safety protocols. - Possible additional roles
- Provisioning of Robotics Controllers
Set up and configure robotics controllers for integration into our 3D vision and automation systems, including firmware flashing, network configuration, and testing. - New Product Introduction support (NPI)
Support the transition of new products from prototype to pre-series and mass production, contributing to process documentation and workflow improvements.

Qualifications
Minimum
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Prior experience in industrial or electronics manufacturing production
- Proficiency in precision assembly techniques and ESD compliance standards
- Good computer skills for operating calibration tools and production tracking systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Preferred
- Experience with camera or optical product assembly
- Familiarity with robotics or automation manufacturing environments
- Experience with import/export preparation and international shipment handling
