Roles

As a Manufacture QC at Eureka Robotics, you will be working as a gateway to ensure our AI 3D Cameras are in highest quality status before sending to customers. You are also joining from every stage of the process, working closely with our mechanical engineers and making sure they are following strictly the standards. Moreover, you will be working closely with customers and stakeholders to conduct reports and QA/QC artifacts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and perform incoming inspection (IQC) of raw materials and components, including technical specifications and cosmetic criteria, in accordance with standards.
  • Conduct periodic inspections at production stages (soldering, assembly, functional testing) and monitor compliance with SOPs and 4M1E conditions.
  • Perform sampling, operational testing, packaging and labeling inspection before shipment (OQC) to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Identify and segregate NG items, issue NCRs, perform trend analysis, and prepare quality reports.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to handle defective products, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues, propose solutions, and define incoming quality standards for new suppliers.
  • Manage and monitor measuring instruments and ensure proper calibration of QC equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC roles within manufacturing companies.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes including IQC, OQC, and IPQC.
  • Familiarity with QC measurement tools and quality methodologies such as 5W2H, 4M, and QC Tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Responsible, eager to learn, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, feeler gauges, etc.
  • Good command of English
  • Experience in camera manufacturing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage.
  • Experience in Linux/Ubuntu is a plus
  • Experience in using desktop software before, or willing to learn how to test desktop software following pre-defined checklists
