Role Summary
Reporting to the VP Finance (Deputy CFO), the Finance Manager / Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting across Eureka’s entities.
This role will support group consolidation, process improvements, and system integration as the company scales post–Series B.
In addition, the role will involve taking on ad-hoc tasks, special projects, and new scopes of responsibility as the business continues to evolve. This may include cross-functional initiatives, process transformation, and support for strategic and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations & Reporting
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities across multiple entities (Singapore, Vietnam, Japan)
- Ensure accuracy of GL, AP, AR, payroll, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare and review management accounts, cash flow statements, and variance analyses.
- Support annual audit and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Process & Control
- Strengthen finance-operational processes, including project cost tracking, expense approvals, and budget monitoring.
- Assist in implementing new ERP or accounting systems and enhance process automation.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (SFRS/VN GAAP/J-GAAP) and group reporting under IFRS.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis in coordination with functional heads.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Assist in preparing financial data for investor reporting, fundraising, and board materials.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA preferred.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in manufacturing, robotics, or engineering sectors.
- Hands-on experience with multi-entity consolidation and cross-border accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting /ERP systems (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, Business Central).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multicultural teams.
