As an Order Operations Analyst, you will partner heavily with internal teams to ensure data integrity, implement business processes, and audit sales orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing submitted sales orders for accuracy and completeness per company guidelines
Assisting in subscription management, including sales order review, creation of subscriptions, and enhancements to the subscription process
Supporting GTM initiatives, including identification of errors within SFDC, scoping business requirements, participating in UAT, and deployment
Assisting/Coordinating training new and existing sales reps with Salesforce.com
Maintaining and refining data maintenance and integrity around company key metrics
Creating documentation around sales processes and onboarding
Work with cross-functional teams such as Support and Business Engineering to ensure accurate provisioning of licenses, identify process gaps, and assist in ongoing process improvements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Be able to work within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time
Able to work month and quarter-end extended hours
Have a general understanding of sales-related processes
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Very proactive, hardworking, strong desire to succeed
Strong organization and project management skills
Attention to detail is essential
Salesforce experience
Understanding of Quote to Cash procedures
Completion of a Bachelor's degree, or higher from a university
