DataRobot is in the midst of scaling digital demand generation capabilities. We are evolving how we think about the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns in order to fuel sales with new clients and generate additional growth with existing clients.

As a member of the Digital Demand Generation team with the marketing organization, the Digital Marketing Manager will partner closely with our Digital Demand Strategist to develop & execute global campaigns to drive awareness, convert demand and accelerate the pipeline. You will work closely with channel leaders and marketing stakeholders to execute, analyze and optimize global digital campaigns to drive new business outcomes.

What you'll do

  • You will play a key role in defining and executing digital campaigns, driving scale through DataRobot’s predictive and generative AI platform capabilities, AI accelerators, and Trial offering
  • You’re a data-driven, curious marketer who enjoys creating engaging experiences for our prospects and customers

  • You will execute with operational excellence and partner with Marketing stakeholders to bring world-class campaigns to life. Analyze, optimize, and report on performance.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across owned properties to generate demand, acquire prospects, and convert demand to pipeline.

  • Design and influence the customer journey across our website

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Campaign manager(s), channel leads, and other marketing stakeholders to orchestrate campaign deliverables.

  • Drive engaging experiences with prospects that support the customer buying journey

  • Assess, analyze & optimize digital channel and campaign performance. Identify drivers or detractors of campaign performance and create actionable next steps for optimization

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, identify new opportunities to improve and evolve digital channels

  • Support channel best practices, knowledge sharing, and documentation of our approach.

You are

  • Supporting the management & daily operations of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance

  • Creating and managing campaign & persona-based email journeys using Automation Studio and Journey Builder in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Analyzing and optimizing nurture journeys, keeping up-to-date content in collaboration with other teams

  • Building emails, validating functionality, and rendering across devices and email clients; proactively applying email best practices, while making suggestions, and exploring and surfacing new methods and opportunities.

  • Developing and implementing effective A/B testing ongoing strategy to improve email channel performance

  • Partnering with other marketing managers, product managers, design resources, and agencies to develop strategy and create assets for each campaign to achieve goals.

  • Analyzing and reporting on the email campaign results and measuring effectiveness.

Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years in digital campaign execution

  • Experience across multiple digital channels, web, email, and online ads to support

  • Experience in creating demand, remarketing/retargeting, and driving lead conversion through web and email channels

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize the business implications of data and deliver key insights to stakeholders

  • Experience with Agile ways of working across a distributed team

  • Ability to work and achieve results with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, virtual team environment

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities

  • Familiarity with quantitative analysis skills including A/B testing and understanding of trending and forecasting

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams of varying sizes in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
