We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our Go To Market Strategy, demand generation and pipeline growth in accelerating international business growth and building strong partnerships.
The successful candidate will drive lead generation and conversion by executing targeted strategies to produce marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and nurture the leads through the funnel to sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and beyond.
Job & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will help to develop and execute impactful marketing and communications campaigns and their components to deliver optimized marketing results, in addition to: -
- Develop and execute marketing communications campaigns and Go-To-Market plans (define clear value propositions and offer mechanics, launch timelines)
- Serve as the marketing liaison for sales team, ensuring plans and goals align with key leadership functions including solutions marketing, product pillars, sales, corporate brand, and communications, etc.
- Partner closely with sales, inside sales and enablement teams to ensure a smooth lead handoff process, supported with targeted messaging and effective sales enablement materials
- Plan and execute new marketing channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, loyalty, and acquisition for the business
- Help identify local market key growth areas and take the initiative to recommend strategic plans and actions that are aligned with our global strategy and desired business outcomes
- Leverage local customer insights, usage trends, and market feedback to refine offer relevance
- Monitor competitor activity to ensure offers remain competitive and differentiated
- Manage allocated marketing budgets, ensuring effective campaign execution and ROI
Key Competencies and Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of track record experience in B2B Technology related industries with a Bachelor/master’s degree in business, Marketing.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience of successful event project planning and delivery of both virtual and in-person event formats.
- Understanding of localization and how cultural perspective can influence go-to-market plans.
- Proven experience in developing and managing end-to-end GTM programs on a global scale.
- Skilled at summarizing key selling points, crafting compelling narratives, and delivering impactful presentations.
- Strong ability to organize and define marketing goals, gather strategies and tactics to achieve them, and drive marketing to positively impact demand.
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders. A team player, think strategically and act tactically.
- Ability to speak in English and Mandarin at both oral and written capabilities, able to communicate fluently and professionally to smoothly work with China's product team
- Experience in product marketing or strategy operations is highly preferred.
