Manage the entire lifecycle of KA customers and lead the completion of complex software projects.
Manage project delivery, project risks control, ensure project delivery meeting quality requirements and timeline, controlling costs and address on-site team issues.
Provide post-delivery customer service, resolve user problems, product training and guidance, and document best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze and design according to customer requirements, identify pain points, propose solutions, and promote product improvements. Actively drive product function iteration and enhance user experience.
Precisely identify potential customer improvement needs and collaborate with the sales team to drive repurchase opportunities.

Requirements：

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in project management methodologies and processes, demonstrating exceptional skills in strategic planning and risk mitigation.
Must have experience managing ITSM implementation projects.
Prefer candidate with App Performance Monitoring (APM), SaaS experience.
PMP and ITIL certifications are a plus point.
Familiarity and hands-on experience with O&M products or tools, including automation tools, log analysis tools, and monitoring tools.
Demonstrates the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
