Responsibility:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of KA customers and lead the completion of complex software projects.
- Manage project delivery, project risks control, ensure project delivery meeting quality requirements and timeline, controlling costs and address on-site team issues.
- Provide post-delivery customer service, resolve user problems, product training and guidance, and document best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and design according to customer requirements, identify pain points, propose solutions, and promote product improvements. Actively drive product function iteration and enhance user experience.
- Precisely identify potential customer improvement needs and collaborate with the sales team to drive repurchase opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and processes, demonstrating exceptional skills in strategic planning and risk mitigation.
- Must have experience managing ITSM implementation projects.
- Prefer candidate with App Performance Monitoring (APM), SaaS experience.
- PMP and ITIL certifications are a plus point.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with O&M products or tools, including automation tools, log analysis tools, and monitoring tools.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
