Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of KA customers, ensuring the successful completion of medium- to high-complexity software projects on the client side
Manage the entire project delivery process, including risk control, adherence to delivery schedules, quality assurance, and cost management. Demonstrate adaptability in addressing challenges related to on-site team collaboration.
Provide excellent post-delivery customer service by resolving issues, offering product training and guidance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and compiling best practice cases.
Exhibit strong demand analysis and design capabilities, effectively identifying and addressing customer business pain points. Offer practical suggestions aligned with the company’s solutions while driving product feature iteration and experience improvements.
Identify potential opportunities for improvement, partnering with the sales team to facilitate customer renewals and repurchase conversions.

Requirements：

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in project management methodologies and processes, demonstrating exceptional skills in strategic planning and risk mitigation.
Prefer candidate with ITSM, App Performance Monitoring (APM), Saas experience.
PMP and ITIL certifications are a plus point.
Proficiency in requirement analysis and system design.
Familiarity and hands-on experience with O&M products or tools, including automation tools, log analysis tools, and monitoring tools.
