We are seeking for a skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technical solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that align with business goals.
Develop high-level architecture blueprints and detailed design documentation.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to achieve desired outcomes.
Ensure solutions are compliant with security, regulatory, and best practice standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges and issues.
Conduct performance analysis and optimization of existing systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent.
More than 7 years of working experience in pre-sales, SA related positions in banking, government sector or telco industry.
Experienced in ITSM solutions.
Candidates with experience as architects on large projects and delivery experience on complex projects are preferred.
Professional skill in Presentation, POC.
Having experience in AIOps, business observability, cloud computing, big data, or data analysis is an advantage.
