Responsibilities:
Personal assistant duties:
- Manage the calendar and schedule appointments for the Sales Manager/Director.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information and maintain the highest level of discretion.
- Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
- Assist with personal tasks as required.
Assist CEO in sales operations:
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Track sales performance metrics and generate relevant reports.
- Coordinate and assist in sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist with lead generation and prospecting activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Sales Operations Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
