Responsibilities:

Personal assistant duties:

  • Manage the calendar and schedule appointments for the Sales Manager/Director.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain the highest level of discretion.
  • Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
  • Assist with personal tasks as required.

Assist CEO in sales operations:

  • Support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate relevant reports.
  • Coordinate and assist in sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with lead generation and prospecting activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Sales Operations Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
