Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact between Cloudwise and channel partners.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within Indonesia.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new channel partners.
  • Create and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with channel partners on pipeline generation activities, opportunities progression and deals closure.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify gaps for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track progress and address any issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in channel sales role with extensive partner contacts in the Indonesia market.
  • Experience in enterprise software industry (eg. ITSM, AIOps, APM).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and channel management practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
