Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact between Cloudwise and channel partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within Indonesia.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new channel partners.
- Create and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans and marketing campaigns.
- Work with channel partners on pipeline generation activities, opportunities progression and deals closure.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify gaps for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track progress and address any issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales role with extensive partner contacts in the Indonesia market.
- Experience in enterprise software industry (eg. ITSM, AIOps, APM).
- Strong understanding of sales principles and channel management practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
