Cloudwise Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Admin Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and provide essential support to our international region team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operational workflows, from talent management and regional compliance to office administration. By bridging the gap between strategy and ground-level execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates closely with hiring managers to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end recruitment for selected roles within both commercial and technical delivery teams, ensuring that hiring priorities and workforce planning are strictly aligned with business needs.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to functional manager, this role provides HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and day-to-day people matters while partnering with people manager to execute performance cycles and organizational changes.
- Maintaining and continuously improving HR operations from pre-onboarding, access, equipment, while ensuring the integrity of internal systems and documentation.
- Support end-to-end management of the contingent workforce, from payment coordination and the administration of work pass renewals and cancellations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition specialist and other internal teams to maintain seamless operational workflows and maintains rigorous compliance with local, regional labor laws.
- Plan and organize social events, team-building exercises, wellness programs and initiatives that foster a positive and communicative work environment.
Administration & General Support
- Oversee office administration matters, including vendor coordination and administrative processes.
- Support HR budgeting, reporting, and management presentations as required.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Experiences, Education, qualifications, and certifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Experience in startups, fintech, or high-growth technology environments with 0 to 1 implementation of system / projects is strongly preferred.
- 4+ years in HR, administration and comfortable handling sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for supporting colleagues and delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English & Mandarin (written and conversational) is essential, as this role requires to collaborate with HR members based in Greater China.
