The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key partner responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specialized, hyper-growth, and specialist roles across designated Cloudwise International and geographies. This role requires a data-driven approach, strong executive presence, and the ability to partner with hiring manager while proactively building a diverse, global talent pipeline to meet business long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for designated business units from job requisition creation to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Proactively build and nurture continuous talent pools for critical, business focused areas such as AI, ITSM, IT Observability Management
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define requirements, create an ideal candidate profile, and advise them on market dynamics and interview best practices.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, crafting compelling messaging and ensuring the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is clearly communicated to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive, efficient, and transparent experience for all candidates, regardless of the hiring outcome, by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Ensure all recruitment and hiring practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, particularly around equal opportunity and non-discrimination.
  • Contributing to international recruitment projects focused on Employer Branding, and enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Required Experiences & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within corporate environment in a fast-paced SI/ Technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage, given Cloudwise International Group involve different geographical presence).
  • Tenacious ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously in an agile, deadline-driven environment with a high level of accountability.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in negotiating complex job offers and counseling candidates on corporate benefits.
