We're looking for a passionate and experienced Key Account Manager to join Cloudwise International Business Group based in Singapore. You will responsible for designing and executing a winning sales strategy. This includes using competitive analysis and market insights to segment customers and strategically position our solutions to drive significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle for the assigned territory, focusing intensely on new customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and closing high-value deals.
- Develop and execute focused Strategic Account Plans for named Major Accounts to maximize long-term sales growth, revenue generation, and market coverage.
- Deliver committed sales targets by actively engaging with potential customers' senior management, networking strategically, and personally driving complex deal closure.
- Proactively develop and manage the opportunities pipeline, ensuring accurate and consistent sales forecasting.
- Provide consultative sales expertise in the domain of AIOps / ITSM / ITOM, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on IT Operations strategy.
- Lead the creation and delivery of professional technical presentations and business proposals/tenders tailored to specific customer requirements.
- Actively network and engage with customer executives to deeply understand their overall business strategy, key drivers, and IT roadmap
- Identify the customer’s business and IT strategy to architect and drive innovative solutions that deliver measurable value and improve profitability and customer satisfaction
- Passionately lead strategic conversations, deliver compelling business reviews, and facilitate high-level technical discussions to secure client buy-in.
Knowledge, skills, certifications, and experience
- 5+ years of proven success in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Enterprise Account Management.
- Sector expertise in either the Financial Services Industry (FSI) or Government sector.
- Demonstrated experience in the software or SaaS industry, preferably with solutions related to AIOps / ITSM / ITOM.
- Executive Presentation Mastery: Exceptional ability to structure, design, and deliver clear, compelling, and concise presentations to C-suite and senior management.
- Business & Analytical Acumen: Highly skilled in leveraging business acumen and analytical abilities to strategically assess client goals and drive results.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across different departments while motivating internal and external teams to achieve results.
- Full professional proficiency in written and verbal English is required with basic conversational in Mandarin to effectively communicate with counterparts in China.
